Deer Lake is a very large freshwater lake located in Stevens County, Washington. At an elevation of 2482 ft. and 1146.4 acres, it's home to several species of fish, including kokanee, lake trout, brook trout, yellow perch, black crappie, green sunfish, rainbow trout, brown bullhead, largemouth bass, smallmouth bass, yellow bullhead and pumpkinseed sunfish. Deer Lake provides good shoreline access and a number of boat launches.

Deer Lake provides excellent opportunities for lake trout, brook trout, rainbow trout and smallmouth bass as well as good opportunities for yellow perch, black crappie, brown bullhead, largemouth bass and yellow bullhead. There is also a chance to catch kokanee, green sunfish and pumpkinseed sunfish throughout the year.

An modestly traveled lake, there has been some successful reports by anglers at Deer Lake over the past few years.
