Downs Lake is a large freshwater lake located in Spokane County, Washington. At an elevation of 1961 ft. and 406.1 acres, it's home to several species of fish, including tiger trout, yellow perch, black crappie, rainbow trout, brown bullhead, largemouth bass and pumpkinseed sunfish. Downs Lake provides good shoreline access.

Downs Lake provides excellent opportunities for largemouth bass as well as good opportunities for yellow perch, black crappie, rainbow trout, brown bullhead and pumpkinseed sunfish. There is also a chance to catch tiger trout throughout the year.

An modestly traveled lake, there has been some successful reports by anglers at Downs Lake over the past few years.
Anglers reported the most success with largemouth bass.
Perch is also a popular species to fish for at Downs Lake.
